WHAT IS NIKE’S RETURN POLICY?
TEMPORARY RETURN EXTENSION
We've temporarily extended our standard 30-day return period. All Nike purchases made after February 14, 2020, have an extended 60-day return policy.
We design our shoes and gear to help you perform at peak level, so if they're not working exactly right for you, we've got you covered. Whether you shop on Nike.com or in a Nike store, we provide you 30 days to take your Nike and Converse purchases for a trial run, confidently knowing you can return any item (some exceptions apply) for any reason within those 30 days. That also includes custom Nike By You sneakers. Even after 30 days, you can still return items if they’re unworn and unwashed. And remember, returns are always free for Nike Members.

How do I return a Nike.com order?
If you’re a Nike Member, you can enjoy free returns by signing in to your Member profile and starting a return from your Orders page. If you shopped as a guest, you’ll need to access your order with your order number and email address. You also can head to your nearest Nike store to make a return. How do I return a Nike store purchase?
You may take the items you want to return to any Nike store.
Please note: Some stores may currently be closed.
Do I need a receipt to return items at a Nike store?
To return Nike.com purchases in a store, you do not need a receipt. But you will need to provide your order number to receive a full refund to your original form of payment. If you no longer have the order number, you may still be able to return your items for in-store credit.
For store purchases, if you provided your Nike Membership email address or had your Nike Pass scanned during checkout, you do not need a receipt to return the items in a store. If you purchased in a store and did not provide your Nike Membership info, the type of return you can make will depend on the type of receipt you have:
- Original store receipt: We’ll happily provide a full refund to your original form of payment, or help you with an exchange.
- Gift receipt: We’ll provide you in-store credit for the amount of the receipt, or help you with an exchange.
- No receipt: If the item is unworn and unwashed, we’ll provide in-store credit for the current price of the item. We can also help you with an exchange.
What about defective or flawed items?
We stand behind all of our shoes and gear. If your item is defective or flawed, and it’s been less than 30 days since your purchase, simply choose one of the options above to return the item. If it’s been more than 30 days since your purchase, please contact us to return the item. See our warranty information for additional details.
While shopping in store, you may have the option of shipping an item to a store to pick up. If you are unable to pick up the order within 30 days, we will return your order and issue a refund to your original form of payment.
We reserve the right to require and electronically capture consumer information from a valid state or government ID for all returns/exchanges. We maintain a database of consumer return activity created solely for the purpose of authorizing returns and exchanges. We do not sell the information captured through this process. We also reserve the right to limit returns/exchanges made with or without receipts for any reason.
